Step 3: Design Presentation & Material Selections

Experience your new kitchen through detailed floor plans, elevations, and immersive perspectives. Your feedback refines the design to perfection.

• Curated Material Options
We present cabínetry and countertop selections tailored to your aesthetic andbudget, along with transparent investment estimates.

• Complimentary & No Obligation
Your consultation, design concept, and initial estimates are provided at no cost.

Step 4: Final Design & Approval

• Design Agreement
A signed agreement and a $1,875 design retainer initiates this phase. The retainer is non-refundable and fully credited toward cabinetry or countertop purchases within six months.

• Refinement & Perfection
We meet as often as needed to ensure every cabinet detail exceeds expectations.

• Take-Home Samples
Cabinet and countertop samples are available so you can confidently finalize your selections.

Step 5: Ordering, Craftsmanship & Delivery

• Material Ordering
A 50% deposit is required to place manufacturer orders. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at our warehouse. Your design retainer is fully applied.

• Artisan Production
Custom cabinetry is built to order in approximately 3-8 weeks. Quartz and graníte countertops typically require 1- 2 weeks from template to installation.

• White-Glove Delivery
Our team coordinates delivery and places materials inside your home with care and precision.

Step 6: lnstallation Oversight

• Cabinet lnstallation
Your CJB Designer collaborates directly with your installer to ensure exact execution.

• Countertop Templating & lnstallation
We are on-site to oversee the final template, measurements, and installation details.
